Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Manage visitor entries, ID issuance, and meeting room coordination
Maintain front office records, attendance logs, and courier registers
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and office requirements
Support HR and admin teams with basic documentation and scheduling
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist in office supplies management and vendor coordination
Handle basic data entry and report preparation when required
