Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient registration efficiently.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and reports.
Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for smooth operations.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle billing, invoices, and payment collections if required.
Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth functioning of the diagnostics center.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a diagnostic center or healthcare front office is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and patient-focused approach.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
