for Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Coordinate and manage
travel arrangements
for MD and CEO, including tickets, accommodation, and logistics
Schedule, track, and ensure
MD and CEO appointments
, meetings, and calendars
Coordinate meeting room readiness, visitor hospitality, and internal support
Support administrative and office coordination activities as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling executive-related matters
