Job Description

the central point of contact, responsible for creating the first and last impression by managing guest check-ins/outs, handling reservations, answering phones, addressing queries/complaints, and coordinating with other departments like housekeeping to ensure a smooth, positive guest experience. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, Key Responsibilities

Guest Services:

Greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, assigning rooms, issuing keys, handling payments.

Communication Hub:

Answering calls, managing internal phone systems, relaying messages, providing hotel/local info.

Reservations:

Managing bookings and maintaining guest records.

Coordination:

Liaising with housekeeping, accounts, and other departments.

Administrative Tasks:

Data entry, filing, preparing reports, managing office supplies.

Problem Solving:

Addressing guest complaints and requests promptly.
Essential Skills

Excellent communication (verbal & written). Strong customer service focus. Attention to detail. Proficiency with office software and equipment. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ?8,830.50 - ?20,285.55 per month
