Key Responsibilities Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; maintain visitor logs and issue badges; manage access control. Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages; respond to emails and general inquiries. Scheduling: Schedule appointments, book conference rooms, and manage calendars for staff. Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; perform filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning. Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies. Security: Follow security procedures and maintain office safety.
