Manage front desk operations and greet all visitors
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate access for guests
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain meeting room readiness
Manage courier services, inward/outward registers, and office supplies
Provide support to HR/Admin for daily office activities
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
Any degree; freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Strong communication skills in English & Tamil
Good computer knowledge--MS Office, Email, Google Sheets
Pleasant personality, customer-centric mindset
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
