Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests promptly and accurately.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests or concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
2. Reservation & Communication
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requirements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages courteously and efficiently.
Maintain proper communication and coordination with the sales team for corporate bookings and VIP guests.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
Prepare bills, process payments, and ensure accurate posting of charges.
Handle cash, credit, and foreign currency transactions following hotel policies.
Maintain daily reports and balance the cash float at the end of each shift.
4. Guest Relations & Complaint Resolution
Build positive rapport with regular and corporate guests to encourage repeat business.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when necessary.
Follow up to ensure all complaints are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
5. Professionalism & Presentation
Maintain impeccable grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
Uphold confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand service standards.
6. Teamwork & Coordination
Collaborate with concierge, housekeeping, and F&B departments for efficient guest service.
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
Support the Front Office Manager in implementing service enhancement initiative.
