Visitor and client management: Greet and assist visitors, manage the check-in/check-out process, and provide a professional first impression.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and respond to general inquiries.
Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for staff.
Administrative support: Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Office management: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, monitor office supplies, and order replacements when necessary.
Security and compliance: Monitor visitor logs, issue badges, and adhere to security protocols.
Collaboration: Support other departments with clerical tasks and assist with coordinating events.
