Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes.
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Provide accurate information about the property, facilities, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain records, prepare daily reports, and assist management as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in front office / customer service (hospitality experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Tamil
.
Basic computer skills (MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software is a plus).
Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation:
?18,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Food and accommodation may be provided for outstation candidates.

Resorts / Facilities at Neelankarai & Mahabalipuram.
