Greet guests upon arrival and departure
Check guests in and out, handling room assignments and key cards
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Maintain accurate records
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
Provide information on hotel services and amenities
Assist guests with directions and local information
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Follow hotel policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with the front office team
Requirements
minimum 1 years experience
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organizational and time management skills
Fine with working in shifts
