Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
Verify and update patient information and documents accurately.
Handle patient registration, including obtaining insurance and personal details.
Coordinate with different departments for appointments, tests, and treatments.
Collect consultation fees, issue receipts, and maintain billing records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Assist in handling patient complaints and directing them to the concerned department.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, data privacy, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospital Administration or related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
