Job Summary:

Rajagiri Foundations is looking for a dynamic and presentable Receptionist cum Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage front-office responsibilities while supporting our digital presence across social media platforms. The role requires good communication skills, basic marketing sense, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle front desk operations, greet visitors, and manage incoming calls professionally.

2. Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and office coordination.

3. Create and post regular content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).

4. Assist in basic content creation such as captions, reels coordination, posters, and updates.

5. Respond to social media enquiries and route leads to the concerned team.

6. Support marketing campaigns, event promotions, and announcements.

7. Coordinate with designers, vendors, or internal teams for marketing materials.

8. Maintain brand image through consistent communication and online presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
1-3 years experience in front office or social media handling (freshers with skills can apply).
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
Presentable, organised, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Google tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
