The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service from arrival through departure. This role ensures smooth front desk operations, maintains guest satisfaction, handles reservations, and coordinates with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
:
Guest Services
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure all guests feel valued and receive personalized service.
Front Desk Operations
Manage room bookings, reservations, and walk-ins efficiently.
Maintain guest records, update room availability, and process payments.
Issue room keys, manage billing, and prepare invoices.
Follow hotel policies for safety, security, and cash handling.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the relevant team.
Maintain smooth communication during shifts and complete shift handovers properly.
Administrative Duties
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle communication promptly.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist in compiling daily reports, occupancy statistics, and revenue logs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in front office or customer service.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic computer and PMS knowledge (Opera, IDS, or similar)
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Professional appearance and behavior

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
