Soyug Gold is looking for a professional and courteous Front Office Assistant to manage the reception area and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and customers. The role involves handling phone calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, and supporting showroom coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors Answer incoming calls and direct queries appropriately Provide accurate product/service information to customers Maintain visitor logs and front-desk records Support daily showroom coordination and administrative tasks Schedule appointments and manage front-office communication Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized Perform additional clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable with a customer-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Prior experience in front office or customer service preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism
