Roles & Responsibilities:
Guest Arrival and Departure
Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Assigning rooms and providing necessary information about the hotel and amenities.
Verifying payment methods and processing payments.
Managing online and phone reservations, including booking, confirming, and canceling reservations.
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintaining accurate guest records and documentation.
Processing payments and managing billing.
Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Performing general office duties, such as filing and photocopying.
Maintaining a Tidy and Welcoming Environment:
Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
