Handling calls, Check in , Check outs,
Handling all reservation inquiries whilst maintaining a good relationship with travel agents and customers.
Manage and maintain accurate information in the reservation system.
Ensuring guest requirements are met by liaising with hotel teams.
Ensuring an efficient and professional service on all guest communication channels.
Actively sell hotel facilities and promotions with a positive up-selling approach.
Updating reservations reports and system with accurate information.
Previous hotel / group reservation experience will be a definitive advantage.
Sound knowledge on hotel reservation systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
