We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Front Office Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel industry and possess excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
guest check-in and check-out
efficiently and professionally.
Provide excellent
guest service
, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth stay experience.
Manage
KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket)
entries accurately.
Generate and maintain
bills/invoices
, ensuring proper posting of charges.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless operations.
Maintain front office records, registers, and guest documentation.
Handle phone calls, reservations, and walk-ins.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and hotel PMS (preferred).
Ability to handle guests politely and professionally.
Local candidates
will be given preference.
Willingness to work
10-hour shifts
