Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes where required.
Guide visitors to the concerned departments or personnel.
Telephone & Communication Management
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls politely and efficiently.
Record messages accurately and forward them to the respective staff.
Manage company email correspondence for general inquiries.
Office Administration Support
Manage courier, mail, and package distribution.
Assist in maintaining office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth office operations.
Record Keeping & Data Entry
Maintain front office files, registers, and daily attendance logs if required.
Assist in updating contact lists of clients, vendors, and employees.
Support billing or admin team with basic data entry work when necessary.
Customer & Client Interaction
Provide basic information to walk-in clients about products and services.
Direct sales queries to the concerned sales or accounts team.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate / Diploma (any stream) B Com preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years in reception/front office roles .
Multitasking
- balance billing work with customer handling smoothly.
Data Entry Speed & Accuracy
- ensure records are updated in real time.
Team Coordination
- work closely with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams.
File & Document Management
- organize bills and customer files systematically (both digital & physical).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
