Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk activities professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence
Support administrative tasks such as document scanning, photocopying, and filing
Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
Coordinate with internal teams and assist in day-to-day office operations
Ensure the reception area is neat and welcoming at all times
Look after Grocery Management
Taking care of the beverages to be served by the Housekeeping staff to the clients
Over looking the work done by the housekeeping staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Familiarity with office equipment (scanner, copier, etc.)
Prior receptionist or admin experience preferred
