Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations such as receiving, distributing, and sending couriers and mail.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Handle queries from the public and clients, providing accurate information.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.).
Coordinate with other departments for visitor-related needs.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory relevant to the front office.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
