A Front Office Associate is responsible for managing the front desk and reception area, greeting and assisting visitors, handling inquiries, and coordinating communication between departments. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests or clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
Manage check-in and check-out processes (especially in hotels or service industries).
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Schedule appointments and maintain records or databases.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and front desk software (e.g., PMS in hotels)

Educational Qualification:
