As an Assistant Manager Front Office at our premium property near Vagamon Idukki district, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Train and supervise front office staff to maintain high service standards

Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in front office or hospitality management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
