Job Description

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for all guests at the hotel. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. Handle guest requests, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage phone calls and emails related to room bookings, inquiries, and service requests. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and special guest requests are met. Maintain accurate guest records using the Property Management System (PMS). Process payments and maintain records of financial transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred). Prior experience in a front office or guest relations role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficient in hotel management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
