The Front Office Assistant is responsible for welcoming guests, handling front desk operations, and providing administrative and customer support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist guests/visitors professionally Handle calls, emails, and front desk inquiries Manage check-in/check-out or visitor records Coordinate with internal departments Maintain front office cleanliness and records Assist with basic administrative tasks

Skills Required:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused Ability to multitask

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate / Diploma preferred 1-3 years experience in hotel, office, or service industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
