The Front Office Assistant is responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of front desk operations at the sports center. The role includes handling member inquiries, coordinating sports activities, maintaining records, supporting trainers and management, and ensuring excellent customer service during both morning and evening shifts.
Greet members and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle enquiries related to memberships, sports activities, schedules, and facilities
Manage new registrations, renewals, and basic billing support
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
Sports Center Operations
Coordinate daily sports activities, training sessions, and court bookings
Maintain attendance records for gym, badminton, yoga, and other activities
Assist in scheduling trainers, coaches, and sessions
Ensure proper communication between trainers, members, and management
Administration & Records
Maintain member databases and entry registers
Prepare daily reports on attendance and activities
Handle basic documentation, filing, and data entry
Support management in operational tasks
Facility Coordination
Monitor cleanliness and readiness of sports areas
Report maintenance issues to management
Ensure discipline and proper usage of facilities
