with strong administrative and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office administration and online service operations.

Responsibilities:



Handle front office operations and visitor coordination Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence Perform data entry and documentation work Assist in daily administrative tasks Support online service-related work (applications, forms, etc.)

Required Skills:



Good computer knowledge Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Strong email communication skills Good handwriting Polite communication and customer service skills

Qualification:



Any

Degree

(mandatory)

Experience:



Minimum

1 year experience

in an administration or office environment Experience in

online services such as e-Seva & Akshaya Centre

will be an added advantage

Age Requirement:



30 years and above (Female)

Marappalam, Pattom, Trivandrum
