Globalpluz is expanding its team and is looking for a
responsible and well-organized Front Office Assistant
to manage routine office operations at our Thrissur office.
Key Responsibilities
Handling
front office duties
and day-to-day office administration
Managing
incoming calls, visitors, and enquiries
professionally
Assisting with
basic billing, invoicing, and accounting entries
Maintaining office records, files, and documents
Coordinating with internal departments for smooth office operations
Supporting management with routine clerical and coordination work
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Basic knowledge of billing and accounting
Familiarity with
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, sincere, and capable of handling routine office responsibilities
Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Working Hours
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,127.83 - ?10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
