Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Manage customer enquiries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Convert enquiries and calls into confirmed sales through persuasive communication
Respond promptly to messages, comments, and DMs with accurate product details
Share product information such as pricing, specifications, customization options, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation, dispatch, and customer follow-ups
Maintain proper records of enquiries, orders, and customer details
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
Provide feedback on customer preferences, FAQs, and market trends
Essential Requirements
Female

Excellent communication skills
Multilingual ability is a must (English + Malayalam mandatory; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage)
Strong sales orientation with the ability to convince and close customers
Comfortable using social media platforms and WhatsApp Business
