Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management:
Greet visitors, parents, and students warmly and direct them to the appropriate department.
Communication:
Handle phone calls, provide basic information about programs/courses, and forward calls or take detailed messages.
Student Admissions Support:
Assist the admissions team by providing application forms, answering general queries about fees or schedules, and scheduling campus tours.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update student records, process incoming/outgoing mail, and handle document filing.
Attendance & Records:
Monitor student tardiness or early departures; update attendance logs in the school management system.
