Attend visitors, students, parents, and hostel residents politely.
Handle phone calls, enquiries, and walk-ins.
Maintain front desk, visitor register, attendance register, and basic documentation.
Provide information about courses, hostel facilities, fees, and admission process.
Administrative Tasks
Manage daily office operations and coordinate with different departments.
Maintain files, records, and documents (students, hostel residents, office).
Prepare letters, reports, notices, and basic communication.
Support hostel management with room allocation, check-in/out, and resident updates.
Assist in coordinating classes, schedules, and faculty communication.
HR Support
Assist in staff attendance tracking and leave management.
Help in recruitment activities -- calling candidates, scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee files and basic HR documentation.
Support onboarding of new staff.
