Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to join our corporate office team in Nadakkavu. The ideal candidate will handle front office duties, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front office activities, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and visitor coordination.
Support administrative operations such as documentation, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and communication logs.
Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure workflow efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Assist in data entry, Excel reporting, and other computer-based tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduate
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general computer operations
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Good command of English and Malayalam
