Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front office logs.
Assist in coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and office events.
Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
Support administrative tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and record keeping.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication and workflow.
Handle customer concerns and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
