Front Office
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing Phone Calls
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
(Take down the Name, place, Purpose, contact details, phone number and WhatsApp)
Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Take and relay messages accurately.
2. Handling Appointments and Schedules
Book, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
(Schedule meeting and send meeting links to the required parties)
Maintain calendars and meeting schedules.
Notify relevant staff of upcoming meetings or guests.
(Sent reminders to required parties 10-15 minutes before the meeting starts)
3. Visitor Management
Maintain visitor logs or registration systems.
Issue visitor badges or passes.
Ensure security protocols are followed.
4. Clerical and Administrative Support
Coordinating with IT team regarding Asset/ Resource allocation to calling team/ counselor
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
Perform basic data entry and filing tasks.
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
Maintaining the petty cash/ requesting funds from accounts
5. Maintaining the Reception Area
Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Display brochures, magazines, or information materials appropriately.
6. Customer Service and Problem Solving
Emails/queries of old students to Administrator
Address inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and courteously.
Escalate issues to appropriate personnel if needed.
7. Communication Liaison
Act as a bridge between clients/visitors and internal staff.
Communicate important information to departments clearly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
