Responsibilities:
Managing daily office operations to ensure the workplace runs smoothly.
Maintaining office records and files, both physical and digital.
Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc).
Managing communication with parents .
Managing student enrollment, admissions, and withdrawal records and Handling tuition billing, fee collection, and receipts.
Assisting the Head of School with scheduling, reporting, and school administration tasks.
Requirements :
Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Age limit below 30.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or similar office software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
