We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused
Front Office Assistant
to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room bookings, cancellations, and updates using hotel management software
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain front desk security and proper handling of guest data
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Ensure lobby and reception areas are tidy and presentable
Qualifications & Requirements:
HSC / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
Good computer skills; experience with PMS software is a plus
Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
