Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office records are updated
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office administrative tasks
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and document filing
Support HR and admin teams when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role is an advantage
