You will play a key role in ensuring smooth guest experiences and supporting overall front office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
Handle phone calls, reservations, and emails in a professional manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Maintain guest records and update information accurately.
Process payments, generate bills, and handle cash/credit transactions.
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable.
Address guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Support administrative tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
Requirements:
Graduate in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience in front office/reception is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
