Hiring: Reservation Assistant at Jindal Naturecure Institute, Bangalore (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES)
Key Responsibilities:
To handle incoming calls arriving for admission in the Hospital.
Processes reservations by mail, telephone, or central reservation systems.
Knows the type and category of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits.
Communicates reservation information to the admission team as well as the other reservation staff.
Understands the hospital rules and regulations.
Follows up the assigned cases and processes advance deposits on reservations.
Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
Prepares expected arrival list for the admission team.
Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
To be aware of all hospital procedures and assist other reservation team members when required.
Education / Desired Skillset:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office, email handling).
Ability to handle telephone inquiries professionally.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow hospital procedures.
