Front Office Assistant (FOA) - Job Role Overview:Key Responsibilities:



Reception Duties:

Greet and assist visitors or clients. Answer and direct phone calls. Handle front desk operations efficiently.

Administrative Support:

Maintain records and files. Schedule appointments and meetings. Assist with data entry and basic documentation.

Communication Handling:

Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Respond to emails and inquiries. Coordinate with other departments as needed.

Customer Service:

Address client or visitor queries. Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor. Support in resolving customer concerns.

Office Management Assistance:

Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies. Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized. Assist with basic HR or accounts tasks if required.

Skills Required:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.). Organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and behavior.
