Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, well-groomed, and customer-focused
Front Office Concierge
to deliver exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will assist guests with information, reservations, travel arrangements, and special requests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them upon arrival and departure
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Assist guests with travel arrangements, transportation, and tour bookings
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments for guest needs
Manage concierge desk operations smoothly and efficiently
Maintain records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Ensure a high standard of service, etiquette, and grooming at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in Front Office / Concierge / Guest Services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transport services
Proficiency in MS Office and basic hotel software (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Background from hotel or hospitality industry
Presentable, polite, and service-driven personality
Comfortable with rotational shifts and a 6-day working environment

Pay: ₹10,673.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month
