Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, calls, and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain guest records and process payments.
Provide excellent guest service with a professional attitude.
Requirements:
1-3 years of hotel front office/reception experience preferred (freshers may apply).
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil an added advantage).
