The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role involves handling reception duties, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and maintain security protocols.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Assist in handling courier services, inward and outward mails.
Maintain records of office supplies and assist in procurement when required.
Provide administrative support to HR/Admin teams as assigned.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle basic inquiries and redirect queries to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in front office/reception/administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
