The Female Front Office Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the reception area, including welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest queries with professionalism and courtesy. The role is key to creating a positive first impression of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate entry of information in the hotel system.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate to the manager when needed.
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
Proven experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.
Good grooming and a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guests politely.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night)
