Required Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain order.
Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Experience :
Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
