Team Management - Supervise, Guide & support F.O Team, Staff Scheduling, duty roaster & shift planning
Operations & Administration - Check up on daily Front desk operations, Maintain reservations, Room Allocation & Occupancy
Coordinate with other department - Coordinate with H.K for room status update, F&B, Sales, Finance department as required.
Revenue & Upselling - Upgrading Room sell to maximize revenue,
Monitoring room rates and availability.
Reporting & Documentation - Maintain records, submit shift handover and daily reports to the Hotel Manager.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
