Able to maintain an organized reception area
Greet and assist guests, workers, visitors and the general public
Handling EPABX System by receiving, directing and relaying telephone calls and messages.
Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/package/posts .
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with inquiries and escalating it to concerned department/officials.
. Can provide office assistance as and when required.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office supplies
Provide Administrative Services as and when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
