Job Title: Front Office Assistant (Preschool)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Assistant to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and offer excellent customer service to parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome parents, children, and visitors
- Manage student records, admissions, and fee payments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and equipment
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and data security
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass (graduation preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Early childhood education background a plus
