Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate executive calendars and meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Greet and direct visitors with professionalism
Organize and maintain office files and records
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of executives
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are presentable
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
Support event planning and execution as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
Female Graduate or MBA holder
Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in front office and EA role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional appearance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
