Assist clients with queries or service details.
Handle or escalate complaints appropriately.
6. Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Support HR/Admin in interviews, onboarding, and events.
Data Entry & Documentation
Update data on clients, appointments, and office activities.
Maintain attendance and visitor reports.
