Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel software
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Maintain front desk security and ensure smooth operations
Handle cash and billing transactions accurately
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
